Public, adult and family swim sessions

Turn up anytime during our public, adult or family swim hours. No need to book.

Please note, for women's swim and women's family swim, a female lifeguard is on duty.

Family swims - small pool: This is our teaching pool with a depth of 0.6m. Family swims in this pool are suitable for an adult and child under 8 years. Adult to child pool ratio rules apply - see facility information below.

Steam and sauna timetable

You must be 18 or over to use this facility. Do not use if you are pregnant or suffer with certain health conditions.
The sauna and steam are switched off 15 minutes before each session ends.
